Article 2 — Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Bonkai and every agreement between Bonkai and the customer.
Article 3 — Products
All products are described and depicted as accurately as possible. Images may vary due to monitor settings. Prices include VAT, exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise). Obvious errors in pricing or descriptions are not binding.
Article 4 — The agreement
The agreement is established when you place an order and receive confirmation. Bonkai reserves the right to refuse orders for justified reasons.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. Contact info@bonkai.eu to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return the product unused and in original condition. See our Return Policy for the full procedure.
Article 6 — Pricing
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Price changes after placing an order do not affect existing orders. Import duties for deliveries outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.
Article 7 — Delivery
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days (NL). Delivery times are estimates only. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery times.
Article 8 — Payment
We accept iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Article 9 — Warranty
All products come with statutory warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from careless use, drops, or impacts.
Article 10 — Complaints
Have a complaint? Email info@bonkai.eu. We respond within 14 days. You can also file a complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
Article 11 — Age restriction
Bonkai sells exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

All content on bonkai.eu is the property of Bonkai / Atamaki BV and may not be used without written permission.
Article 13 — Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
