1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through bonkai.eu, operated by Atamaki BV, registered in the Netherlands (KVK pending).

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and place orders. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

All products sold on bonkai.eu are intended for legal use with tobacco and legal herbs only. Bonkai is not responsible for any misuse of products.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT (21%). Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, and Bancontact.

5. Shipping

We ship within the EU. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection law. See our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Warranty

All products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Defective items will be replaced or refunded. Contact info@bonkai.eu within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on bonkai.eu — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Atamaki BV and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Liability

Bonkai/Atamaki BV is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from misuse of products purchased through our store.

11. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all orders and disputes. Any disputes will be settled through the competent court in the Netherlands.
