Return Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product should be in its original packaging (where possible)
- You have notified us via info@bonkai.eu
How to return
- Email info@bonkai.eu with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return
- You'll receive a confirmation with return instructions within 2 business days
- Pack the product carefully (for glassware: use the original packaging)
- Ship the package with sufficient postage to the address provided
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your own expense. We recommend sending your return via tracked shipping, as the risk during transit is yours until we receive the package.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. When cancelling a full order, original shipping costs are also refunded.
Damaged product?
Contact us within 48 hours at info@bonkai.eu with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Warranty
All products come with a statutory warranty. Got a defective product? Get in touch and we'll find a solution.
